Suzanne Ratti has a long list of accomplishments, which currently include leading Ideas360, a strategic consulting firm, and acting as an Executive Director for two organizations with a passion for giving back and mentoring.

However, her success story certainly didn’t start that way – her journey includes challenges like the death of her mother at a young age, poverty, and even abuse. Ratti reflects, “Resilience isn’t learned on a paved road. It’s bumpy. I think you have to view every adversity as a learning lesson – maintaining a positive attitude certainly helps too!” That philosophy, along with her tenacity, has certainly paid off for Ratti.

As President of Ideas360, which was launched in 2014, Suzanne and her team work with business owners to create growth opportunities, primarily through sales and marketing alignment initiatives. Ratti’s 20+ year career in sales and marketing allowed her to see first-hand the pros/cons of working with organizations that had alignment and those that didn’t. She has served in leadership roles at Fortune & Inc500 companies such as SmartCEO, COS Xerox, and Lynk Capital.

She notes, “When an organization struggles with alignment, there are a lot of tell-tale signs: stagnant sales, low average dollar sale (ADS), turnover, operational silos, and culture, to name just a few.” Ratti and her team work with you to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and provide the resources to create more alignment and ultimately, profitability.

According to Ratti, “Many companies hire a marketing company or focus their marketing initiatives on boosting the top of the lead funnel or even branding. Some companies hire a sales coach or advisor to help them work the bottom of the funnel. But, if those two processes are not strategically aligned, or mis-aligned with operations, there can be a lot of gaps in execution and that’s a big waste of time and resources. We help align those strategies for maximum results.” It is this unique approach that has allowed her to create a strong base of loyal clients.

Ratti is an advocate for mentorship and also serves as the Executive Director for two organizations that are focused on helping business professionals give back to the communities in which they live and work.

Thrive Arundel is a collaborative group of business professionals who are seeking to grow their business, with a core mission to give back to the communities in which they live and work. This organization is currently going through non-profit status registration. In its first five years, the group has donated more than $300,000 in time and resources to the local community and generated millions of dollars in business for its members.

In 2019, Ratti formed Smart Women Professionals. The group is comprised of 2500+ women whose mission is to create a collaborative community who can, through their energy, connections, and experiences, elevate and empower us all to a higher level of professionalism, success, and prosperity.

Today, Ratti also serves as a facilitator and guest speaker for local, national, and international organizations.
